Lukas Verstraete (°1992, Eeklo) obtained his Master of Free Arts at LUCA School of Arts in 2014. Since then, he has illustrated for HUMO, De Standaard, Rekto:Verso, Le Monde Diplomatique and Bahamontes. In 2017, he published his first graphic novel 'A book with which to make friends'. He also teaches 'Illustration' at LUCA Ghent and 'Cartoon' at LUCA Brussels.
