Sofia Pashaei (Sweden, 1989) currently lives and works in Brussels as an artist and independent animation director for The New York Times, Google and MTV, among others. Pashaei's work has already been shown in numerous group exhibitions: at The Hole and Hashimoto Contemporary (New York), Delphian Gallery and Unit1 (London), Rafael Perez Hernando Gallery (Madrid), Fondation Boghossian (Brussels) and also at Rufus Gallery. As recently as 2023, Sofia received the ‘Kells Collection Award’ at the SWAB art fair in Barcelona. Paintings signed Sofia Pashaei find togetherness in being different.
